Studio City Asks City to Expand Parking District

The Studio City Neighborhood Council voted 10 to 0 on May 27, 2026 to ask the city to expand a residential parking permit zone.

The board requested that Councilmember Nithya Raman and the Los Angeles Department of Transportation add three blocks to existing Preferential Parking District 51 in Studio City.

The three blocks are Hoffman between Radford and Valleyheart South, Guerin between Radford and Valleyheart South, and Valleyheart South between Radford and Laurel Canyon.

Andrew Epstein was absent from the vote.
