Studio City Backs $316K Pedestrian Lighting Plan

The Studio City Neighborhood Council voted to support a $316,000 pedestrian safety downlighting project on Ventura Boulevard and Ventura Place.

The money would come from Ventura-Cahuenga Corridor Specific Plan funds.

The project is identified in City Council File 26-1053.

The Specific Plan Review Board and City Council had already advanced the project before the council voted.

The vote passed 8 to 4, with one abstention and one recusal.
