Studio City Backs Report on ADU Trash Rules

The Studio City Neighborhood Council voted 12 to 2, with one abstention, to support Council File 26-0877 on trash bin rules for properties with extra dwelling units.

The file asks the city for a report on bin capacity, on-site placement, public-right-of-way impacts, and sanitation coordination.

Voting no were Kesara Borirak and Matt Thompson.

Board members noted that more dwelling units increase demand for trash bins on sidewalks and parkways.
