Encino Catches Four South LA Burglars

Four people from South LA were caught burglarizing Encino, according to LAPD Senior Lead Officer Walia.

The officer reported the arrests at the Encino Neighborhood Council meeting on June 24, 2026.

LAPD advised residents to secure breaker boxes with locks so thieves cannot cut electricity.

Residents were also advised to secure ladders so they cannot be used to enter the second story of homes.
