Encino Hears of Sepulveda Basin Army Corps Plan

The Encino Neighborhood Council's Parks and Environment Committee reported that the Army Corps of Engineers presented a plan for the Sepulveda Basin.

The agency will release a draft of the plan in mid-September.

The public will have 45 days to review and comment on the draft.

The draft will be posted online when it is released.
