Encino Tables Party House Motion After Legal Advice

The Encino Neighborhood Council tabled a motion seeking police and City Attorney action against a party house at 4434 Grimes Place.

The Los Angeles Police Department has been called to the house 17 times since January 1, 2025, the minutes state.

The most recent incident occurred on August 15, 2026, when LAPD sent eight patrol cars, a helicopter, and officers from the Vice Unit.

The motion asked the city to enforce Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.58.1 against the property.

The council tabled the motion until further notice due to City Attorney guidance.
