Encino Plans LAHSA Listening Session July 21

The Encino Neighborhood Council will host a listening session with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority on July 21.

LAHSA representative Matthew Mitnick will attend to answer questions from the community.

The session will take place during the regular executive committee meeting time.

The council rescheduled the executive committee to July 7 to accommodate the session.
