Army Corps to Release Sepulveda Basin Plan in September

The US Army Corps of Engineers has presented its plan for the Sepulveda Basin and will release a draft in mid-September.

The public will have 45 days to review and comment on the draft.

Fires in the basin are down 43 percent, according to the minutes.

An estimated 40 to 50 people remain in the basin.

The Encino Neighborhood Council said it will post the draft on its website.
